Q: Where do you deliver and how?

A: I'm delivering to Europe (even non EU), America and Australia at this moment. I'm using at this point postal services with priority recommended letter option, so your package is easily trackable.


Q: Is the package safe fore transport printed works unframed?

A: I'm packing my orders into bubble envelope or hard book delivery envelope. In the bubble envelope I'm putting extra enforcement cardboard layer inside if the material needs it and every paper product is packaged waterproofed. The envelope equipeed with 'plase do not fold' sticker, too.


Q: Is there any way to deliver an art print or original artwork framed?

A: Yes, it's possible, according to agreement after the order was placed. Although hold in mind, that it will dramatically raise the cost of the product what includes the extra cost for the frame (and according to it's material) and even the delivery fee (becaues of the raised weight and dimensions and extra precations what a glass material requiers in the frame). If you still want this option, please send an e-mail to the info@kornelmdesign.com and I will find you with a custom offer.


Q: How can I pay for my order?

A: There are several ways available for payment in the shop.

You can use credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Vpay, Discover) and ApplePay


Q: How much the shipping cost and how long it takes to arrive?

A: The shipping to Czechia and Slovakia is fixed 90 CZK and takes 3-5 workdays. Above 300 KCZ the shipping is free. There is possibility of personal pickup in Brno, too, in a beforehand arranged time.

The shipping to the Europe is fixed 250 KCZ (cca 10 euro). Above 1000 KCZ the shipping is free (cca 40 euro) and it takes 5-8 workdays to arrive. Shipping to none EU countries will may involve custome clearance.

The shipping to the USA and Australia is fixed 350 KCZ (cca 15 USD, 22.50 AUD) and it akes 7-10 workdays to arrive. Shipping to the USA and AUS will may involve custome clearance.


Q: How long can I cancel my order?

A: According to the user agreement, you can cancel your order for two days from the order has been placed. I will ship your order after this two days time window, after you can't cancel the order anymore. The cancellation will need to be expressed through e-mail to info@kornelmdesign.com


Q: How long can I send back the order if I'm unsatisfied with it?

A: You have 5 days after arrival to send me back the order. The act needs to be announced through e-mail to the info@kornelmdesign.com. The products needs to be intact, unused and in the original wrapping/package material (not the envelope what it arrived in).


Q: What my personal information is possibly used for?

A: Your personal information is stored by the provider of this shop, Sumup. The information is stored safely and I'm not using it for any third party to sell or share. With agreeing the terms and conditions, you're only opting in to get information about your order and periodically emails from the shop about new products, discoutns and updates.
